Daelyn Construction was founded in 2014 by Steve Dennis after earning his Red Seal Carpentry certification and building his experience with respected construction firms throughout Metro Vancouver.

Daelyn Construction was founded on a simple belief: that homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers exactly what they promised. Over more than a decade serving Metro Vancouver, we've built that reputation one project at a time.
Through the challenges of a global pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and shifting market conditions, we've adapted and grown — expanding our capabilities to include basement dig-outs, house lifts, and custom builds alongside our core renovation work.

Red Seal carpenter and brings nearly 20 years of residential construction experience to Daelyn. He leads project planning, trade coordination and construction execution, bringing hands-on expertise and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to every project.
Dave Dennis
Owner & Partner
Brings more than 30 years of senior business leadership experience to Daelyn. He leads strategy and continuous improvement, helping ensure the company delivers the professionalism, accountability and service clients should expect from their contractor.
